multiple MSN instances

Hey,
I have two MSN id and I would like to use both of them together for Windows Vista.

Till windows XP, I used to use 2 messengers

1. Windows Live messenger 7.5
2. Windows messenger 5.0.
They both could login together under different thread as

msnmgr.exe and msmsg.exe.

But I want to be able to do the same in the vista or something similar.

u can login with 10000000000 of ids at the same time
not for msn only u can login to yahoo aol and so on by one messenger

Or even pidgin can do that, besides there are couple of other multi-protocol messengers out there, which can let you login from lot of ID's.
Though most of them might miss a few functions.
