whats the difference betn ATI RS480 motherboard and MSI RS 480 motherboards??

i heard ATI RS480 motherboard costs Rs.6500
and MSI RS480 motherboard costs Rs.5300

why the difference ???

i dont think ati is making their own baords .... msi is making msi rs 480 m2 based on the ati chipset ... dats it ... i think there is some confusion.

The MSI RS480-M2 is based on ATI's XPRESS 200 (RS480) chipset. So, the ATI RS480 is a chipset, not a motherboard.
