My LG monitor is giving a message "Monitor out of Hz". It only runs in safe mode now.Give me some solution.

Hi,
Boot in safe mode. Right-click on Desktop, and click "Properties". Here click "Settings" tab, here decrease the resolution to some 800*600 and reboot to Normal Mode.
If this doesnt help, then boot in safe mode, and go the same "Settings" tab, and click "Advanced". Here click "Monitor" tab, and decrease the refresh rate to 75 Hz or 70 Hz.
Then, reboot the PC, check whether you can go to Normal mode or not.
