Recently my friend opened his MS Office (Word) and begin to write but unfortunately a pop-up window showed that "You are not eligible to write on this software".

Even the microsoft Photo Editor is not opening.

    What may have gone wrong?
    please help us.

He had reinstalled office but nothing happened.
All microsoft products are not working except IE and WMP 9 which are inbuilt products.

You can try with System Restore (if its on) to revert back to a previous day when it was working properly.
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

If that too doesn't work try doing a Xp Repair.Follow this :

    Run a Spyware Check
If he has Norton Anti-Virus installed, ask him to uncheck the office plug in from the options
