mess with user account.. help

hi,

i installed a fresh copy of windows xp and forgot to create a user account in it. i installed all my needed programmes in the default administrator a/c. i discovered t only after installing all. now i want to get back to my user account by creating it and all teh programmes to be shown in the start menu as well. also, i have some downloads which were pointing to the name of my user account i had before formating(earlier windows that i formatted). so i hav to create a user account of same name and continue the dls. i also want all the installed programs not to install again but to be used in that user account and also in the start menu and desktop as well, as they are in the administrator a/c... is this possible? am i clear enough to explain the problem? if so, pls help me with this. thku

create new user account

now open documents and settings, open the "administrator" folder. here copy the folders "start menu" and "desktop" to the new user account folder,

log off

and login to the new user.
this should solve the problem
