Lost windows 2000 administrator password

Lost administrator and user password on my windows 2000 machine...how do I login without formatting or reinstalling windows 2000. Lost of data in C and D Drive. Actually I didn't gave password while installing Windows 2000. While working today I got a Message box asking for password. I typed 1234 and my system automatically restarted and now asking for password.

Windows Key Enterprise v7.9.2141 worked for me.........I was able to disable the password for windows 2000 (Administrator and User)

Friend try to install some os on any drive(which has got space) without formatting that drive.I think by this way you can't get your passward but you can take backup of that data which is c or d.
