Losing experience points in GRID

I started playing GRID online today. In starting like everyone i was at Jr.Rookie RANK. But after some races i got experience points and got promoted to Rookie. But after I disconnected and logged in again in my account all the points were lost, i was again at Jr.Rookie. It happens everytime i disconnect and connect again. All the remaining details like no. of races, wins etc. remain intact, they don't get lost. Please help.

that site's admin (RFT) is codeM employee, very helpful guy, might solve your problem.

make sure you own a legit copy of game, before askinng there for help, they're pro's (obviously) in identifyin "issues with pirated copies "
