Long boot-up

Hi Guys,

My system would normally boot-up in less than 2 minutes and the Windows XP boot screen would appear for maybe 5 seconds. I recently installed the Microsoft Bootvis software from the Digit DVD , and now my time has drastically gone up 5-fold. Also many applications have started to crash. How do I get rid of this problem ? I even un-installed the software but to no avail. Kindly help me guys......

actually bootvis shud have sped up ur booting !

Maybe that is Win XP with SP1. But for my SP2 , my system has gone haywire.... Just suggest me something
