Hmm.. When their own website is taking ages to open how will be the hosted domains performance .. Moreover there are no support forums and Forums are mentioned in their FAQs ..
Other than that, the rates are quite competent ..

You have missed out server uptime guarantee and also webmail. Please mention that.

Do you provide WHM? Or only cPanel? Please clarify and if necessary edit your post. What version of cPanel is that?

What version of PHP, MySQL, etc. do you provide? Lower versions may have security issues.

One suggestion from my little experience . Don't give unlimited parked/add-on domains. Someone will start hosting business with 50MB space and rope in clients who don't care for cPanel access.

What is backup frequency? and how secure is it? i.e. remote backup or local backup? how many sites hosted on the server? uptime graph from 3rd party?

I have no idea why that's so with you, it works fine for me. Maybe a network problem for a moment for either side.

Whois information reveals that the same domain is Less than 2 years old and I think the most of info. you provide there is not a TRUE by first sight I found it is FAKE.

Any one who want a long lasting online business should be true to each and every words of info while Registering domains else you are at risk to CANCELLATION of your domain by ICNN.

Why you prefer not to Show your postal address, you shouldn't hide address to create good reputations. I personally prefer those HOST who never hide basic information's like Name, Detail Address, Land line Contact No. etc.
