Hi Linux Gurus,

Recently I installed Red Hat Linux 9. I've 2 questions.

1. Which DVD burnig software should I use? Is NERO there for LINUX? If there please provide me the link so that I can download.

2. Is utorrent there for Linux? If yes then please provide me the link. Can I download movies from Desitorrent through Linux?

I'm a new Linux user. Please help me.

Thanks,
Srimaya

First of all being a new linux user the least you could do is install Fedora Core 6 instead of RedHat, or even better Open SuSE 10.2.

Anyway to answer to the point, cd and dvd writing can be done using K3b and torrents with azureus

First of All Linux is Open Source Software and Free Software and this post needs to be in Open Source section .Redhat 9 is quiet old now.get a latest distro like debian derivative using superiro dpkg Ubuntu or rpm using distros like Fedora,Mandriva etc.

As reg torrent clients there are less resource hogging 20+ clients avail in GNU/Linux like transmission,bittornado-gui,Azureus etc
