linux drives in windows

Is there any software available to read linux partitions in windows 9X or XP. OR is there any other way to do the same.

yes there is a software
the best option is explore2fs which u can download from *uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/explore2fs.htm (its free)
u just have to unzip the package and u can use this under win 9x or xp.

there is another software, Captain Nemo, but its $hareware.
