Laptop within 35k

One of my friends wants to buy a laptop. His budget is 30k to 35k only. He could extend a bit if it is really worth it though.

I checked on this month's chip mag and they had the following recommendation for laptops in this range.

Acer aspire 4520 WXMi and Acer Aspire 4720Z WXmi. The price of both is same, only the second is Intel while the first is AMD/Nvidia.

Are there any better models in this range or can I recommend these itself?

Acer 5920. Costs around 37k. Better than 4720
