I am pursuing MCA. i need to run VM and linux in it. i will be using it for programming [ visual studio with other back-ends ]
i would also want to play games like NFS most wanted 2012.

5) What screen resolution(s) & type
(glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Matte if possible in this budget ...

6) Anything else you would like to say??
confused between intel and amd..

I'm thhinking of hp g6 2010 [amd a8].

and i also want to mention that i want a latop WITH NO OS.. i already have a copy of windows with me.
i have cash in hand, so ll buy as soon as its finalised.

if you want more portability with less weight, wait for this one, only 1.83KG.

but can u suggest me something without windows so that i can save something?? and how's de performance of core i5 compared to a8??

in general 3rd gen i5 will be lot better and even in games i5 will take lead but an 3rd gen Core i5 + Radeon HD 7670M config will cost you ~7k more i.e. above 40k.

off topic but the only laptop i could find with some7670m and i5 3rd gen out there is hp g4 2049tx - anything else in 40k segment ?

this one is good, also free DOS but i guess you can get it locally cheaper for 2K less.
