Some of the shops are offering Dell PCs from their shop in Kolkata. Actually they just take your pick and send the configuration and a DD of the required amount from you to Dell. Dell makes the PC and have it sent to the shop, then the shop delivers it to you.

But I think it would be best if you personally configure the right PC from Dell India website and order it right away.
