Recently I Installed New Lancard (d Link) Which Is Essential To Install One 3d Software.but As Soon As I Run The Set Up Of 3d Software,it Shows Message :can Not Detect Host Id.etheret Card Is Not Installed."
Imm using a dlink card too. Try this:
>go to the device manager delete the device.
> reinstall the drivers. You can use the ones provided by XP [Realtec drivers work well]
>if this fails it may be a hardware problem get the card replaced.
