yea, it is fine.

Just make sure that you use a decent PSU like FSP Saga II 350w @ 1.5k.

My only suggestion would be go for Altec Lansing 1221 instead of SBS A35.

Indeed. I wanted to configure it in lowest possible budget so sorted items by price and made it. Any issues you would like to point ?

..19" CRT @ 2.5k.. is that a typo?

now dont go for crt's these days..
the config mentioned by cybertonic is very nice one..get it.
also athlon II x2 240 is at 2.8k..a athlon II x2 250 can be brought for 3k
also the psu mentioned by cybertonic is fsp saga II 350w @ 1.5k

Yeah go for LCDs, they have become cheap. I'd also suggest going for FSP Saga II 350w PSU.
Also, don't buy a 320 GB HDD, buy a 500 GB one, you won't save anything by buying 320 GB.
