Is Mobile Cloning Possible these days?

Hi,I got my mobile bill 3 times my expectation.Though I have sought call details.But can anybody enlighten me that is it possible to clone a new Sim(some say new sims cannot be cloned).I suspect cloning may be the reason. wrong or Right?

SIM card readers are available in the market, and the contents of one sim card can be copied onto another. However I dont know if its possible to duplicate a sim completely.

SIM cloning is a thriving business in Kerala beware guys!dont ever give SIM to some unknown shops along with mobile!

yup u CAN clone a sim completely.i myself hav a sim card reader.all u need is a sim card reader (300 bucks) and a completely blank sim (this 1 is a but hard to get).
brute forcing the sim will take bout 2-4hrs.
