Is ip blocking is legal?

I need immediate help about this issue.I have seen a website, they provide software blocking the ip of my computer and also hide my browsing activities,they provide me the hints they gathered from my computer.......
I want to know can i use use this software legally.Did you know anything pls let me know....

When you say "blocking" i assume you are refering to ip anonymizing.
You are perfectly entitled to hide you ip.

But to site you have described seems fishy. You said

they provide me the hints they gathered from my computer

This implies they will collect data off your box and use it. How do you know what is the nature of data they are siphoning away? They could sell your mail address and contcacts to spamers, or worse, use your credit card number.

I would stay away from such sites.
