There is no problem in connection. The thing is that windows has disabled the option which allows me to create a connection to connect to the internet

I have had similar problems so had to reinstall Windows. This happened while using some third party tweaking toolz. Try enabling all possibe services and restart. May solve your prob. If it does, do let me know............

Are you sure its vscon.exe and vsmon.exe? Vson.exe is a process for Zonealarm .

Please check this *www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/vsmon.exe.html
