Internet Explorer Small Window

My PC Config:

P4 HT 3.0GHz
915GAV mobo
512MB RAM (kingston)
Original Windows XP SP2 + updates

Problem:

Internet Explorer window always open in windowed mode, that is small window appears when I click on any link.

Clearly : Internet Explorer opens new window when I right click on some link and choose "open in new window" but it opens a small window instead of full window (not full screen)

So, what I want is IE should be open automatically always in full window mode. (note: i don't want the window to be in full screen)

I hope you understand my problem now.

So, please help me solve this problem.

Though it'll not set the window maximized but u can set the dimensions manually to match with maximized window!
