Intel Service needed

I am unable to contact the phone no. given for Intel Asia..
Plz help...
Any body having the experience of sending the motherboard for repair within warranty ?

Do they act as service centers ?
I was told by the shop where I bought the board that the product to be serviced is to be handed over to a courier authorized by Intel.

I have an experience (not personal though) ... the board had burned out (no video) so it was taken back to the shop from where it was brought from ... the shopkeeper took the board, gave back a slip and told to return back after a week ... after a week he gave back the board repaired by intel.
