Go for MSI RS 480 M2(Socket 939) Board. It has a PCI-Express Slot, ANd X300 CORE ONBOARD GRAPHICS WITH 128 MB OF ONBOARD MEM; with all the features you need to have in any high-class MBD.
you will save a lot money on graphics card and will be able to buy more RAM, bigger HDD, DVD RW, TV tuner, etc.

I may like to increase you database of knowledge by stating some very important facts about your thought:
All onbaord vga are crap ,they are slow and one can't oc as well with them,thus the use of a good mb is ruined.
X300,X600 and geforce 6200 series are crap and come in the category of lower side vga.
One should take 3d card as priority while buying a gaming rig and almost always compromise on cpu,mb,ram and any other thing IF REQUIRED.
I already have a 128mb radeon 9800 agp 8x.
I don't want a 939 socket mb as they are expensive and the cpus aren't much better performers.
I request all other members to stick to my thread.

u are telling everything opposite
wht good is a rig with a cheap/compromised motherboard, CPU, RAM
instead a gfx card is the last thing one should primarily look for coz u can always upgrade to a better graphic card
if u go in for a compromised motherboard, u wont have much features to upgrade
think abt it ........

all of todays boards give most of the essenetial features and most gaming systems don't need anything extra unless otherwise specified which abviosly will have a higher grade mb.
performance diff in playing games of range amd 3000-3400 is less noticiable than when shifting from 256mb radeon 9600xt or 128mb radeon 9700pro(not available) than for 128mbb geforce 6800.

The 6800 could give U mindblowing perfomance even if Ur CPU would be underpowered compared to GPU.
I say go for a 3200+ nd a 6600 GT as it might do the job well both in gaming nd in CPU intense apps.
