I need drivers for TV tuner card

I got a PCI TV-Tuner card from a friend who left for Delhi.

This is the first time i am having a TV-Tuner Card. I am very very excited to use it, but i just can not get the drivers from internet. I have tried a lot but ....

thanks bro but those drivers are for WIN 95 only. I tried using them in WIN XP, but could not make the card work. plzplzplz send a link for XP drivers.
