I can't send an email

Hello friends,
When i try to send an email to agent001 or some one othen than a message come to me that my message can't delivered because of intended reciepents.
Please solve my problem.

Are you trying to send it through some Email client? Which Mail Service are you using ??

You didn't see the name of agent001 at digit magazine.

Hi,
agent001 is not a name of any messenger. it is the username of a person. Undestand.
I am using dial up connection and my problem is that whenever i try to send an email to anybody, i got a message from system administrator that my message can't send because of the following receiptents.
I hope any one can solve my problem.
