I bought a HTC tilt unlocked from At&t and purchased a Airtel SIM and activate the GPRS
I am trying to accessing the internet using the configurations given by my provider, but its not working
To a similar question on AT&T website they have posted

Enable the proxy
IMPORTANT: The steps below illustrate how to enable the AT&T proxy server settings via an automated script included on the device. This script will only configure the MEdia Net connection on the device to use the AT&T proxy. Other connections such as "My ISP" will not be affected. These proxy settings are required for MEdia Net access and multimedia messaging (MMS) capability.
I downloaded the remove hidden proxy CAB file and installed it on the phone and did a soft reset , its still not working. I have been looking on the internet, it says to go to Program>tools> proxy settings
There is no such thing as proxy settings on my phone.
