howto save streaming audio?

    hey folks need your suggestion which software to use for the job. will there be a loss in quality? size of resulting mp3 no problemo...quality is of utmost importance for me.

    USE "INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER".....It can dwnld any streaming audio and video on the net ...Trst me ...It works very fine in this work

    @Nix, Use StreamRipper32.You can save off MP3 streams in their native format.
    It's a freeware!! Download it from here

    This question has been asked in these forums umpteen times. Use Screamer which is free and which will also record the streaming audio to mp3.

    i wanted to save something off the download.com audio stream...these softs only pick up the radio streams....
