Guys!

I hv a doublt about WindowBlinds 5.
It automatically starts when we start windows but:

1.) I didnt find ne startup entry for WindowBlinds in Registry (like RUN or RUNONCE)
2.) Didnt find ne service for it in Service Manager.
3.) Neither there was ne service running in Task Manager for it.
4.) No entry in Startup folder.
5.) I also checked msconfig, but no entry there also...
6.) Also there is no option for startup in WindowBlinds control panel.

Then how the hell WindowBlinds starts on startup?

From where it finds its entry for starting automatically at each startup?

Has ne1 answer for it?

Waiting for replies.........

With windowblinds 5, stardock has integrated it in the core engine of the Windows XP theme support, now it runs as a service, as an extension to the inbuilt theme engine of windows XP so no more wbload.exe, & no so called slow downs

it's not using the theme service, wbload.exe now runs as wbload.dll, just like uxtheme.dll,

so it's native engine, it's running like uxtheme now
