Just save the link and open it separately:D
Lol I found a better way(by myself:D)
Open the acrobat reader
Edit
preferences
on the left pane select internet
on the right pane uncheck "display PDF in browser"
OK
Now if you open a pdf online,It will not open in the browser but will be saved.

JUST DOWNLOAD THIS EXTENSION
*addons.mozilla.org/firefox/636/
Allows to choose if you want to view a PDF file inside the browser (as PDF or HTML), if you want to view it outside Firefox with your default or custom PDF reader, or if you want to download it!

Even better method maybe you want pdf to open in IE but not in FF. Still more technically correct.

Firefox>>Tools>>Options>>Content>>Manage(Under File Types)>>Select extension as PDF>>Change Action>>select "Save them to my computer" instead of "Open with Acrobat".

This also eliminates the need of PDF Download plugin for Firefox.
