Just check if yum has Baghira. I just checked up the portage for ubuntu. It's there. I just had to give command
Code:
sudo apt-get install kwin-baghira

Open Control Center. Go to "Appearance & Themes --> Styles" and select Baghira from the list. Press Ok and the style will be changed. Similarly go to "Window Decorations" and do the same. You can configure some settings of Baghira style by clicking "Configure" button under Styles module.

To get "Baghira Starter", right click on your panel and choose "Add applet to panel". Choose Baghira Starter from the next window.
