How to post images in the forum ?

hey guyz i knw i am asking a silly question but i tried everything and still cant figure out how to post images/screenshots in my messages ? Somebody help.... i dont have any real knowledge of HTML if that is used..... So guyz how do u do it ?

This has been asked many times in here....
U should have done the following:

1 . Searched before u posted this thread.
2. When u see someone post with screenshot, u should have seen how they have done that. How? BY clicking on the quote button.
3. In ur profile, there is a help link as to how to use BBcode thingies. (see near ur siggie)

first go to Image Shack

Upload pics there...

Get the link from there for Forums

Paste it here.
