STATUTORY 
WARNING : NOT FOR GEEKS...FOR THOSE WHO MAY NOT KNOW...a small tip...
if u want to open multiple programs from the start menu, after u click one, the start-menu disappears, u again have to open start menu. this does get irritating.
to open multiple programs at one time itself just press SHIFT key, and then open several programs;
the start menu will stay still till u finish the job.
