How to move image in Adobe Photoshop

Can anybody tell me the procedure How to move an image in Adobe Photoshop making the scale same.Let me elaborate, when an image opens in A-P it takes a default size lile 33.3%,50% etc.But when we move that pic. to another frame or pic. for mixing it takes the original/default size in the new frame. i.e. if the person in frame-2 is head to leg then the imported/moved person may be half of it or double .Only if the two images are in same scale then only two persons will be of equal size.How to overcome this problem.This is not been discussed in the Digit's First Track published earlier.First Track publishers may answer the problem.

This happens when the 2 image dont have the same resolution.
You can change the resolution in >image size> make the size & ppi same for 2 images then you wont have this problem.

ya.. digit fast track to photoshop is a good choice.. they also provide you some tutorials
but i want to know how to convert b/w photo to colour in PS using colour substitution.? can anybody explain the procedure?
