How to keep an eye on internet speed in lan

I have 3 computers in lan.

one having win Xp as the internet server.

and the other 2 access internet through this server.

Is there any software by which i can keep an eye on the bandwidth shared by other pc in lan.

by the way this software will track the total datatrancefar going through the host single connection... no matter whther its Internet or ethernet.... in this tools there is no way to separate internet use & the ethernet or local use...

can any one suggest any tools for NODs which access the internet & locan net through same LAN card..... to track their internet use & ethernet access separately??
