If you have WinXp already installed then just install SP2 over it.
If you want to create a WinXP+SP2 slipstreamed cd then download a tool called 'AutoStreamer' from the net and it will guide you step by step towards creating an integrated cd.

nope. no problem. go ahead. even i have 128mb ram, and i use winxpsp2 comfortably. create a system restore point first, jus in case...
if u find ur system slowing a little, u may have to remove some startups and some winxp eye-candy.
