How to install XS runtime

I installed XS Portfolio but it gives an error "XS runtime missing. PLease install"

But when i downloaded XS runtime from *www.xcitesoftware.com/downloads/ppc/xsruntime.exe it was an .exe file

How to install this and run the program XS portfolio

My phone is nokia 3230

install it in ur pc.. U ll get a sis on installation perhaps.. Then install that sis in fone

No there is no .sis file after the installation on PC

Please help guys please

sorry i donloaded the pocket pc version of XS runtime but there is no link to donload S60 version of it

Please give the link to download the same
