How to GeoTag a Wordpress blog?

There's this service called Blogmap that provides maps for blogs.

In its own words,BlogMap is a tiny-badge-sized map that shows your blog's location.

i myself have a 'Free' wordpress blog i.e. i do not host it myself.i want to know how in god's green earth can I get that blogmap displayed on my blog's sidebar?

For editing the blog's meta tags...go to presentation and then to theme editor.
Now edit the header.php file to add the meta tags above the </head> tag!

As far as I know, YOu cannot really install any plugins on wordpress.com or the site whcih does not give you access to upload the plugins you want or edit the php files..
