Can I be informed of a free software, which can be used to edit/cut mp3 songs and convert them into true ringtones for Nokia mobile phone?

Can I be informed of a free software, which can be used to edit/cut mp3 songs and convert them into true ringtones for Nokia mobile phone?

use audacity to edit/cut mp3 files.
after cutting pasting and deleting, you can manage to fine-tune the ringtone.
export as .wav and find out what is the format your nokia phones needs its ringtones to be in.
then use SUPER to do the conversion to that audio format, or try FFMPEG commandline.

its a basic free version which will disable almost its feature after 30 days. use audacity instead, it will work fine.
