HI I AM NEW USER HERE. ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO CONVERT DVD MOVIE INTO ANY OTHER FORMAT AND MAKE IT SMALL ENOUGH SO THAT I CAN BURN THEM IN A CD OR 2. PLEASE RECOMMENED A FREE SOFTWARE FOR IT AND ALSO WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE.

dr. DivX is good but you will have to buy a legitimate copy becase its very hard to get Dr. divX if you are looking for pirated one

in other way you can use Dvd Easy and Virtual Dub
free and very good

It will do your job perfectly. But a little help is what you may need. So go to

gordian knot from doom9.org has a nice bunch of softwares for this and also the required codecs. download the two bundles. they are around 10mb in size.
