how to convert chm to word ? suggest freeware or shareware ?

just got this book on net .........
but its in compiled html format........

I use Microsoft's HTML Help Workshop
Its free and the best to convert to HTML. It also allows you to create CHM files from html files.

but chm to pdf converter....1st link.....either i am unable to work out or source to get files in it is ..printer...........and i have chm format book on desktop......

2 nd link.....amber chm2 word..its crap....it will crash soon..
