1:-reliance unlimited which gives me an avarage of 9 kBps download speed.
2:-airtel EDGE unlimited which gives me around 13 KBps of download speed.

i have heard that softwares are available so that i can bridge between the two connections to get the combined download speed. which will be around 20-25 kbps.

I don't think u can splice two modems with each connecting to different isps, let alone different speeds. Or so I've bin led to believe.

Yup u cant and tis illegal to do so even if it existed....
No, dood, u can do it. It's called modem multilinking or bonding and is also an option in the windows dial-up properties. Obviously, the isp has to support modem synching.

Here's how to multilink in xp

Here, u can't multilink, but you can load-balance or load-distribute across the two connections. So u will still be getting only 56kbps for any single web transfer but two such things can occur simultaneously. This is what I am not sure if xp has support for it.
