Burning .iso files is simple. To burn a bootable image you must have a bootable image. You can burn it in nero by selecting Open files and then select the file type to "all files" and then selecting your image file.

It is easy to create Bootable ISO images with softwares which support them. In Nero Express, to create a bootable ISO image, go to Data disc>Bootable disc, on the main menu. When you are done with adding your files, click next. On the next screen, Enter the Boot image path or alternately select the preset image (usually United States will do), then click next. When asked the name for the image file Select file type as ISO and enter a name and click OK.

There you have an ISO image of your own.

Best of Luck!
