If your DVD player can play DivX, there is no need to convert them into DVD format. Just burn the DivX file as you would any other data file and feed it into your DVD player.
Dude if your DVD player supports DivX there is no point in converting it back to DVD format. As suggested by Ponmayilal you can directly burn it as data CD.
