how to backup mcafee antivirus updates

hey
i will be glad if someone tells me how should i will be able to backup
Mcafee Antivirus professional 7 updates, downloaded and installed directly from internet through mcafee instant updater????

coz i want to format my system immediatly coz its running damn slow
and i don't want to download these updates once again
