How to arrange name in alphabetic order

Alive Again...
I have a very large number of name address & phone number in an excel sheet
I need to take a printout of it so that i can send invitations
the quantity is too large that i cant arrange it manually
I want to arrange all the names in alphabetic order
because their are many name which have appeared their 5-6 times so i want to arrange it & remove the repeated names
is their any formula in excel so that it arranged in alphatical order automatically
or any other software available
Pls help.........

Yeah dude,select the column containing names by clicking on its header(A,B,C etc.) and press the sorting option,it is like A downarrow

(Cant tell the exact location because I am using office 2007:D)But sort should be in edit menu.

Google Bot
well u can try edit>find and replace ...
find the particular text and replace all duplicates wit a space or blank text...
