How many Games Do use Shader Model 2.0????

I wanna how many games we play do actually use shadermodel 2.0. PPL are dying to get 6800 or 6600 jst bcoz they do support shadermodel 3.0. this is why they r hell expensive. but do we really require them???
I hav a list which does support SM 2.0
HALO2
DOOM3
HALF LIFE 2

Add to that Tribes: Vengence. I just played the demo yest. That has an option would you believe to enable shader models.
