Hosting Condition Zero Server

guys i wanted to host a CZ server for 10 players on the lan can you please tell me what are the minimum requirements on which i should host the server so there is no possible lagg i have a 100/1000gbps lan networking cross-over wire for all the pcs routed in a [starhub ] method....... my current configs for the pcs are 1gb ram p4 3.06 ghz asus mobo nvidia 5700le [xfx] and a 80 gd 7200 rpm hdd.... my current server config is 1 gb ram intel c2d e2180 10000rpm....................

is this good enough or i need more?

thnx dheraj fr your quick reply i also wanted to ask that if i wanted to host a cs 1.6 server on the internet what type of connection speed would i needd? and would it run without loss and choke..... wether it would give comparable performance with v-street and igl servers.... for 24 player slots or 32 player slots..! and ultimately also low pings i am prepared to pay just tell me the isp and the connection speed i would require and nothing higher than 2500\- rs...
