hidden file prob

hi guyz, somethings really weird in my comp, i cannot make a hidden file unhidden again, cuz i can't seem to see those hidden files. I have tried from control panel, didn't work..plz help

Tried unhiding from folder options?
If having restriction try remove restrictions tool.
If folder option has disappeared try *www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/viewfolderrestore.reg.
