Help needed.... I cann't enter a code for this month in digit patron

Hi frnds,
I have purchase new copy of Digit for this month today, but I cann't able to enter code for this month. I have got following message :

Sorry , there was an error in your code possibly due to the following reasons.
The code entered was with a - ("hyphen") please remove hyphens from the code.

The code is case sensitive, please check if the capslock key is turned on in your keyboard.

The code you entered was for a previous month. Codes for September 2006 are valid for this month only.

You may have already entered this code and are trying to re - enter the code.

Either the code you entered was incorrectly printed or was wrongly entered. Contact Help Desk


I have submited my query to Help Desk of Digit, but still problem remains same with this new code also. Same error I have got for this new password also.

please tell me wat to do?
may be admin/mod listening to me ( I hope so )
Last month also same problem occured, I'm thinking abt changing my news stall.
