Help !! Need Databases with Countries, counties and Cities

Hi,
I am in midst of a php project and this is my first attempt. I am looking for a database with all countries,cities and also counties(US only) for using in dropdown list . Please somebody help me with finding this. I searched for it and couldnt find a good database except for countries. My requirement is

List all countries
If not US -> Display all cities within the selected country
if US -> Display all Counties in US
-> Display all cities within the selected county

I hope you got an idea about what i want. Thanks in advance! Help me please!

i had searched for countries n cities DB long time back n downloaded ..but cant find the files anymore on my HDD ..but i doubt how u couldn't find one now .... if u search carefully i m sure u will get wat u want... All the Best

Ji Kapsicum,
I got the country-city DB. I am now looking for a CounTY - City list. Seems like its hard to get.
