help me to save the webpage in firefox

please help!!!!!!
when ever i save the web page to my pc, my firefox saves only the text in the page but no images in it,, it does not even create corresponding folder in which images are stored normaly, this is happning only if i login, other users on the same computer they are able to save the web page properly,

i tried reinstalling firefox no use, please help!!

File > Save As...

In the "Save as type", select, Webpage(complete)...
